Sylvester started her career in business management. From major corporations Concentrix, Alorica and Fiserv, to regional enterprises including Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty and Florida Sun-Trader Classifieds, she's led teams of sales executives, IT professionals, graphic designers, customer service representatives and real estate agents. She later opened and managed her own real estate company, launched a partner real estate academy, and honorably served as a Miami YPN Leadership board member and State Director of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest trade association representing 200,000 members and 51 local associations.

In 2020, just weeks before the pandemic, Sylvester officially entered the events industry, running the front desk at Informa, the world's largest exhibitions company and producer of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Miami International Boat Show, and Palm Beach International Boat Show. She went on to lead the U.S. boat show division's customer experience team and create exclusive VIP experiences for its high-profile attendees including NFL, MLB and NBA stars. During this time, she also became a budding social media influencer, with over 9,000 followers on Instagram and an exclusive partnership with LTK, the global, invitation-only monetization platform for top tier creators. She was featured in Fashion Bomb Daily and is fast becoming recognized for her signature style.

Sylvester graduated cum laude from Florida International University’s school of Communication, Architecture, and the Arts, and holds a degree in Organizational Communication.
